Upcoming Mushroom Workshop!

Learn how to inoculate Wild Roots Farm harvested wood logs with mushroom spores (Shiitake & Oyster). From 2pm-4pm we'll go over what logs and mushrooms we're inoculating, when and how often we can expect our mushrooms, then we'll begin the inoculating process (drilling, inoculating, sealing) and talk about how to keep your mushroom logs providing for you! After the workshop you'll have the opportunity to purchase some of the inoculated logs to take home and have your own outdoor mushroom source that lasts up to 4 (oyster) and 8 (shiitake) years! The inoculated logs will cost $15 each BUT if you show up at 1pm and help us clean up our adopted highway (snacks and drinks provided) we'll take $5 off your purchase.
