2018 CSA by the week (1 - 9)

Updated: Jan 30, 2019

Hi Everyone!

We wanted to start out our new website with looking back at the past year of vegetables. We wanted to do this for two reasons, 1. CSA shares are a big commitment for both the farmer and you! We want to show you what has been provided week by week in the past so you can get an idea before signing up. 2. It's for our previous CSA members and those who show support to our farm a little update and reflection from the past year.

We strive to provide a variety of vegetables, we have the classic carrots but we also want to give you some funky vegetables like the patty pan so that you can experiment in the kitchen. We also provide a variety of a type of vegetable. For example 10 different types of tomatoes, 3 different types of beans, and so much more!

Early in the season, when our Kale and Spinach was sprouting!

Just a reminder, our farm is always trying to improve and become the best farmers we can be. Each year we add different types of vegetables and remove some as well based on our customer feedback. Sometimes the weather doesn't always cooperate with our plans and we lose crops too. During 2018, we had a cold October and some of our plants were not able to grow. So keep in mind this isn't a set list for the next year.

Check out weeks 10-20 here!
